In addition to any statutory consumer rights, IRIDELLE offers a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with your IRIDELLE purchase, you may request a return within 60 days of delivery, subject to the conditions described in our Refund Policy.
This 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee is an additional commercial benefit and does not replace or limit your statutory consumer rights.

10. Legal Guarantee of Conformity
Products sold to consumers in the European Union are covered by the applicable legal guarantee of conformity.

11. 1-Year IRIDELLE Commercial Warranty
In addition to the applicable legal guarantee of conformity, IRIDELLE provides a 1-Year Limited Commercial Warranty for manufacturing defects in the IRIDELLE device.
If your device develops a covered manufacturing defect during the warranty period, IRIDELLE may repair or replace the device in accordance with the terms of the warranty.
The commercial warranty does not limit, replace, or reduce any mandatory statutory consumer rights.
The commercial warranty does not generally cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, improper maintenance, or normal cosmetic wear, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
