The Iridelle Luma device combines blue and red LED light therapies to address acne concerns. While results vary, many users observe noticeable changes within a few sessions. Others may need consistent use over several weeks. As with any skincare treatment, consistent use is key.

The Iridelle Luma is a Class II medical device with a specialized pre-programmed five-minute treatment session featuring a combination of Red and Blue Light Therapy. Together, they’re shown to fight acne, reduce sebum production and inflammation, brighten post-acne hyperpigmentation, and prevent future breakouts. 

Most users see improvements in pimples and whiteheads after 2-3 uses, and 90% improvement in acne in nine light therapy sessions. As for long-term use, you can expect a significant reduction in the number of acne lesions and inflammatory lesions. Everyone’s skin is unique, so results may vary. We also recommend supplementing your routine with a cleanser and moisturizer that are compatible with your skin type.

For all devices, we offer a 1-year limited warranty from the date of your original purchase. If your device does not work properly due to a manufacturer's defect, we will replace it free of charge within that 1-year timeframe.

This warranty does not cover devices damaged by:

1. Accident, misuse, abuse, or alteration.
2. Theft or loss.
3. Use with unauthorized accessories or use other than as instructed.
4. Connecting to incorrect current and voltage.
5. Service or repair by unauthorized persons.

This warranty extends only to the original retail purchase, original retail purchase date, with original proof of purchase. The warranty is not transferrable through receipt as part of a promotional event, private sale or sale from an unauthorized retailer or reseller. Warranty replacements are processed after returned defective items are received.

This warranty only extends if the device is used in conjunction with authorized device accessories (such as charging cable).

Iridelle will not be responsible for any incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use of this device. All implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of fitness and merchantability are limited in duration to one year from date of original purchase.

Iridelle Luma should not be used by: 

• Someone with active cancer or cancerous lesions.
• Someone who suffers from disorders that involve photosensitivity.
• Someone receiving photosensitizing medications.
• Someone who suffers from light-induced headaches.
• Someone with any skin condition, apart from mild-to-moderate acne.
• Someone with Fitzpatrick Skin Types V and VI.
• Someone with a known allergic reaction to plastics. 
• Someone suffering from a sunburn within the past two weeks. 

If you have any medical concerns, medical illness, medical conditions such as epilepsy or seizures, or recent surgery please consult your doctor before using the device.

Iridelle Luma should only be used over normal, healthy, intact skin. The device should not be applied over, or in proximity to cancerous lesions, or applied over swollen, infected, or inflamed areas or skin eruptions (e.g., phlebitis, thrombophlebitis, broken capillaries, varicose veins, etc.) or areas of the skin that lack normal sensation. Patch test the device on your skin before using.

If you have a fever, acute inflammation, a severe circulatory disorder, light sensitivity, anesthetic, or desensitized areas, consult your health professional before use.
