60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have 60 days from the date your order is delivered to try your IRIDELLE device.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a return within 60 days and receive a refund of the purchase price.

To be eligible for a return, your IRIDELLE device must be returned with all original accessories and packaging and in reasonable condition, allowing for normal use.

To start a return, simply contact our Customer Care team at support@iridelle.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with the instructions needed to complete your return.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required otherwise by applicable law.

1-Year IRIDELLE Warranty

Every IRIDELLE device is also covered by a 1-Year Limited Commercial Warranty from the date of purchase.

If your device develops a manufacturing defect or stops functioning properly due to a covered product defect during this period, we will replace your device at no additional cost.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, improper maintenance, or normal cosmetic wear and tear.

To make a warranty claim, contact us at support@iridelle.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photos or a short video to help us diagnose the problem.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and product. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or other remedy at no additional cost.

Your Statutory Consumer Rights

Our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee and 1-Year Limited Commercial Warranty are provided in addition to, and do not limit, any consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

For customers in the European Union, this includes the legal guarantee of conformity applicable to consumer purchases.
